Nomad Africa has joined the prestigious Africa Travel Week event 2017 in a major partnership.

Africa Travel Week is hosted annually under the aegis of the global brand World Travel Market (WTM) and will run this year from 19 to 21 April 2017 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

“This is a milestone experience for us as we strive to surpass our standards in an attempt to hugely impact the Pan-African travel and tourism business market space,” says the project’s spokesperson, Muzi Ntuli.

It is this alluring status and standard that attracted interest and commitment from a global business giant like Africa Travel Week. The partnership further testifies to Nomad Africa’s continued remarkable growth in recent years.

The project, which was borne out of a passionate desire to dispel the negative perceptions that the world has held of the African Continent and to replace with a positive focus. It was launched in West Africa in 2012 and involves using several media platforms to promote and celebrate the continent of Africa.

“To have Nomad Africa as an official media partner is an exciting collaboration and we look forward to all the incredible opportunities that this will bring leading up to Africa Travel Week in April 2017. Media plays an important role in the success of Africa Travel Week and we are pleased with the growth and enthusiasm of our media partners in this regard,” says Chardonnay Marchesi, General Manager of Africa Travel Week.

The print platform of the project, Nomad Africa magazine, is gradually emerging as an essential read and an effective trusted business marketing tool that communicates with an affluent, high net-worth target audience in the African tourism and business space. It is further enhanced by its print quality and complimented by thought provoking and well researched content.

Nomad Africa magazine targets the tourism, travel, social, political, cultural and business fields of interests. The Pan-African magazine amplifies continental African celebration, while promoting the continent’s vibrant pulse.

The magazine is available in most VIP lounges of international airports, business class sections of selected airlines, Four- and Five-Star Hotels, Spas and Casinos as well as luxury cruise liners, which service the African coastline. Present distribution outlets across Africa are South Africa (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban & Port Elizabeth), Nigeria (Lagos), Ghana (Accra), Zimbabwe (Harare), Zambia (Lusaka), Namibia (Windheok), Rwanda (Kigali) and Mauritius, Kenya, Seychelles to be added in the coming months.
